About Anastasia's Healing
Anastasia has formal training at McKinnon Institute of Massage & Body Work, a prestigious and intuitive school located in Oakland/Berkeley, California. Also, trained with National Holistic Institute school of Massage which is located in Emeryville, California. Two incredible experiences! Not to mention-all of those great massages from instructors from all around the world and from many eager fellow cohorts. We were all able to indulge ourselves with massages 🤭 whilst studying.

In my NLP & Hypnosis practice, I guide my clients through various modalities of replacing unwanted & undesirable habits and thoughts; as well as separating identity from the aforementioned and assist in the replacement of desirable habits and positive thoughts.
We can address childhood traumas, abusive relationship dynamics, reoccurring unhealthy dynamics that show up in personal and professional relationships.

Operating Hours
Consultations are generally 15 minutes in length and are complimentary. Once 15 min has elapsed – if I have time and you have time – we can move into your session or schedule your first session for a mutually convenient time and day!
